**No Refunds unless the Product was Damaged or the Package was Lost**
We only do a full refund if the package was stolen, damaged, or lost during shipping and delivery transit.
**No Warranty. For a malfunctioning or damaged item, we only offer one-time replacement, refund, or swap for another product within 30 days of the purchase date.
- If you received a malfunctioning or damaged item, please take videos, recordings, and pictures and email everything to us. We will need this for our evaluation.

**We are not responsible for any stolen or missing packages after packages have been delivered. Refunds are not negotiable due to this matter. **
**High-risk fraud will be automatically canceled through our Fraud Department System. Due to fraud happening rapidly lately to many customers and businesses across the globe, orders are only accepted name, shipping, and billing match the associated billing payment.**
**If you know your shipping and billing are not the same address and name, or it's a gift for someone. Please make sure to email us the verification documents asked for and needed to avoid cancellation through our fraud department system.**
Verification Needed:
- A snapped picture of a government-issued photo ID.
- A snapped picture of the front side credit card (associated with the order, and please blur or leave out your CVS/Security Code number).
- A snapped picture of the email order confirmation/order #.
Order will be automatically canceled if verification is not received within 12-24 hours.
We appreciate your understanding. We must prevent and protect both customers and businesses from fraudulent orders.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the issue, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed, you have not received your refunds since we’ve approved your refunds, please contact us at info.kwbetterhomedecor@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon received. You can reach out to us. Must be within 7 days from receiving your package with videos and photos taken, proving the product doesn’t work, or damage to the item/ product. We will look into it. **E-Customer Support is 24/7, we will get back to you ASAP. Please provide us with your Name, Order#, and a snapped picture of the confirmation email of your order, which we sent out to you. Make sure to communicate with us through the associated email address placed at checkout, and where you received our confirmation order.**
